Routine check.
Food Safe (or equivalent) training - manager has certificate. Check expiry date and renew before it expires.
Coolers (salad/pop, prep, large walk in) - temperatures at 4C/40F or colder.
Hot holding - chicken is cooked in oven and hot held - temperature >60C/140F.
Pizza - time tracking is being done. Pizzas are labelled and used before 2 hours or discarded after 2 hours.
Salad items pre - washed and ready to eat (spinach) or washed on site.
Sink for hand washing - is accessible, has liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
Warewashing - reviewed procedures. Sign posted. Using chlorine. Use 100-200ppm or 2-5mL domestic bleach per liter of water to make 100-200ppm chlorine solution. Utensils and containers are air dried - good.
Tongs utensils are washed and sanitized every 2 hours as per Manager - good.
Cleaning - satisfactory.
No obvious signs of pests.
