Routine inspection:

Hand sinks in the front serving area and main food preparation line provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Dishwasher registers 73 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Sliding glass door cooler next to hand sink at or below 4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Sliding glass door cooler by north wall at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -16 degrees C.
3 chest freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Front serving area domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -15 degrees C.
Beverage coolers at 2-3 degrees C.
Water is served by staff into reusable cups. No self serving is allowed.

Seating reduced to 50% or less with seats arranged to allow for 2 metre physical distancing. Reminder no more than 6 patrons per table. See provincial health officer's ORDER issued on May 15, 2020 for details.
