Corrective Action(s): 1. (Corrected during inspection) Manager immediately cleaned the ice scoop and the container by the high temperature dishwasher.
2. Manager will cover the food with the food grade cover to prevent food from contamination

- High temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature at plate surface measured at 71.2 degree C
- Glass washer at the bar area iodine residual at the plate surface tested 12.5 ppm
- QUATs sanitizer from the spray bottle tested 200 ppm
- General sanitation is ok, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Ice machine is clean
- Back door remained close during services
- Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe
