Corrective Action(s): Staff called manager for maintenance of cooler and freezer. Routine inspection comments Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel Quats sanitizer in red bucket at 200 ppm. Changed every 2 hours. Sanitizer spray bottles are changed every day *observed one spray bottle to be at 50 ppm quats - corrected during inspection. Temperature records are kept up-to-date General sanitation is good No signs of pests observed Ventilation hoods serviced regularly 3-compartment sink for warewashing. Quats available for sanitizing. Prep cooler at </=4 C Front display cooler at </=4 C Drink cooler at </=4 C White fridge at </=4 C and freezer at </= -18C Walk-in cooler temperature high (15C) at start of inspection (defrost mode). Please be mindful to not leave the door open too long or open it frequently. Within 25 minutes the walk-in cooler temperature came down to 5 degrees Celsius. Business card left with staff. Will return for a follow-up to check the double-door freezer tomorrow afternoon.
