Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Paper towel dispenser at front handsink was empty. No paper towel present.
Corrective Action(s): - Manager re-filled dispenser once notified. Ensure paper towel is always present for handwashing.

Comments

- Premises is now selling sandwiches and mushroom soup in addition to bubbles waffle, bubble tea and shaved ice which were part of the original approval.
* Updated food safety prcedures were submitted for sandwiches. Update procedures to include soup and submit to undersigned.
- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- Back handsink and staff/public washrooms supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Front handsink was supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap; however, was lacking paper towel as noted in violation above.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)
- Prep cooler 3C
- Display cooler 4C
- Sliding door cooler 3C
- 2 door freezer -15C
- Soup was 62C (must be 60C or higher)
- Manual warewashing in place. Manager knowledgeable regarding manual warewashing procedures (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry).
- Bleach present for sanitizing dishes and food contact surfaces.
- Bleach sanitizer solution present in spray bottles. Concentration measured 100-200ppm chlorine. *Label spray bottles to indicate contents.
Note: In use utensils, pitchers, and food contact surfaces (eg. cutting board) to be washed and sanitized every 4 hours (or replaced with clean, sanitized items).
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
- Manager present and has completed Foodsafe level 1.
