Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-C7RT3Q 1 door display freezer (Fiasco) measured -13.9°C walk-in cooler measured 3.4°C 2 door glass display cooler (pie) measured ~4.9-5.4 °C on bottom 3 shelves; upper shelf measured 9.2°C electrician has serviced unit already; operator stated unit read ~2°C this morning. products to be relocated to bottom 3 levels until upper level can maintain temperature of 4°C or less. Droppings observed under/behind baseboard in dry storage area corner. Please clean area with bleach and cloth (do not use spray bottles), and monitor area. Should pest activity be observed, contact pest control company to assess facility. Other infractions from previous report remains.
