- Surface sanitizer in spray bottles/designated white bucket with wiping rags available at 100ppm bleach solution.
- 2-compartment sink available.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random audits conducted for food condition.

Temperature control:
