Routine inspection conducted.

Observations:
- Temperature of coolers including walk in cooler and reach in cooler recorded at or below 4C
- Freezers recorded at or below -18C
- Hand wash sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 2 compartment sink and drain plugs available for manual dishwashing.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in sanitizer spray bottle.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Food products stored at least 6inches off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity noted.

Recommendations:
- To prepare 100-200ppm bleach solution, add 1 teaspoon bleach in 1 Litre water.
- Do not overfill the creamer containers/inserts to ensure adequate cold air circulation.
