A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Outstanding permits fees had not been paid since hand delivering the letter. - Owner provided cash in the amount of $150 to pay the outstanding fees. - A valid decal will be mailed out to you, it will expire on March 31, 2022. - Discussed inspection results with the owner, signature was not obtained due to the pandemic.
