Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One sanitizer spray bottle had no detectable sanitizer concentration. Quats sanitizer dispenser must be depressed until the concentrate begins to flow before bottles are filled.
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer must be at 200ppm to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Ensure all staff are training on proper procedures for refilling sanitizer pails/spray bottles. Sanitizer spray bottles were refilled with 200ppm Quats at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to July 11, 2017.
-Deli slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use. Slicer was found to be in clean and sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
-Foods were properly stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the walk-in cooler. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Sanitizer pail and soap pail were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
