Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Thermometers in place for temperature monitoring. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.4'C at the plate level after final rinse. - Washroom satisfactory.
