Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooler unit at temperatures greater than 4 degrees Celsius. 10 degrees Celsius observed. Cooler had all potentially hazardous food items removed prior to start of day (staff had pulled all chicken from cooler prior to opening. Chicken discarded). Cooler repair technician on site during inspection.
