Observation: High temp dishwasher blocked by shelving - cannot be checked. Operator stated she washes her equipment in 2 compartment sink, but could not describe all three steps (wash, rinse and sanitize).
Correction: Clear area in front of dishwasher so it is easily accessible. Do not block dishwasher. Dishwasher must be ready for follow-up inspection.

Correction: Clear area infront of dishwasher so it is easily accessible. Dishwasher will be checked on follow up inspection.

A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-D2GUDA and the following observations were made:
- Dishwasher LED screen does not turn on. On/run button does not work
- Sanitation log must be maintained and updated daily to ensure the final rinse is at least 71C on dish surface
- Only 2 compartment sink on site
- No sink plugs
- Staff observed to be cleaning large bowl with only soap and skip the sanitation step
- Closure order issued
