Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Accumulation of dust observed on the metal knife holder located near the 2 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the knife holder and all the knives stored inside. Ensure the knife holder is cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Observation: Hot water faucet for the serving area hand washing station was broken and hot water was not provided at this station.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two metal bristle brushes were used to clean the grill. Metal bristles may fall off the brush and accidentally mixed with food.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the metal bristle brush to clean the grill or any other food equipment.
