Routine Inspection:
- Both hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Cooked meat products are cooked to order, no hot holding of any products
- Food stored 6 inches/15 cm off ground and properly covered
- Display coolers and walk in cooler at 4C and equipped with thermometers
- 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing
- Quats sanitizer dispenser at 200 ppm
- Chlorine bleach sanitizer spray at 200 ppm
- Meat grinder and meat slicer cleaned and sanitized twice a day or in between different meat products and orders
- Knives stored on magnetic strip on the wall
- No pest activity noted during inspection. Ongoing pest control contracts, monthly visits, reports available for review.
- General sanitation of facility is good
