-items that are not cooling have been covered in the walk in cooler -Back door must be closed at all times as screen has not yet been repaired -The following cleaning has been completed: -wall by gravy/sauces -main area for floors and stairs have been done, however under things has not been done yet -ice machine filters at the top of the machine -Shelves have been started, more cleaning and organizing to be done -Hood vent cleaning scheduled for Monday -Cleaning staff will be coming 3 days a week starting next week
