Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CJALKP Double sliding door cooler was noted at 3.8C. Functioning thermometer was noted in this refrigeration unit. Huge improvement noted on the sanitary condition for the back of the security monitor, single-door clear door cooler and ceiling vents. Stand mixer was in-used during the inspection, unable to evaluate cleanliness. Operator has renewed her FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent course - Expires September 13, 2027. Updated Food Safety Plan received, stating that butter cream icing can be left at room temperature for up to 1 day then discarded. No further follow-up required.
