Comments

The premises has been experiencing a water supply disruption since yesterday afternoon. The result is a lack of running water for hand washing, ware washing and flushing of toilets. Containers of water were brought onsite, however, it is not an acceptable alternative to running water. An order has been issued to shut down until water is restored and an inspection is done. Other wise, general sanitation is good. Hand washing stations are satisfactory. Sanitizer is available. Temperature of refrigeration and freezer units are satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest infestations noted.
