*Met with Sandra and we discussed the following: -It is a public school (District #33) -Permit Fee - Cash $75.00. The construction is completed as per approved floorplan. In additions to the 2 compartment sink, the dishwasher is installed so no need to install additional hand wash station. *Disposable paper towels → with liquid soap installed. *Bleach used as approved sanitizer. *Food Safety Plan → All food will be made on-site/daily -Pre-packaged most of the food -Chicken → frozen pre-cooked. Chicken burger (pre-cooked) -Beef → taco -Quesadilla → pre-cooked chicken. *Sanitation Plan submitted +Daily temp. logs. *Permit to operate has been issued. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 11:30am.
