Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw shelled eggs were stored above ready-to-eat foods.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure raw shelled eggs are stored below ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Raw shelled eggs were moved to the lowest shelf at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-Foods are cooked and served with minimal holding time (less then 2 hours).
-Leftovers are rapidly cooled and frozen in plastic bags in the upright freezer. Frozen foods must be thawed under cold running water or in a refrigerator at 4C or less. Frozen foods can only be thawed once and must be discarded if not consumed.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until December 12, 2024. Staff FOODSAFE Level 1 issued September 09, 2012 - certificate expired July 29, 2018.
*Facility is not checking and recording cold holding temperatures on a daily basis.
*Health Permit hand delivered to facility. Permit must be posted in a visible location. Ensure to notify the Health Department of any changes to the permit.
