Observation: Several mouse droppings found in the floor space between the proofer and ovens. No other signs of pest activity observed at food storage areas. Pest control company serviced regularly; reports do not indicate increased or unsafe levels of pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): Wear gloves, and apply damp paper towel soaked in sanitzing solution, remove the droppings, and clean/sanitize the area (1 day).
