Observation: Seafood cooler (drawers) on cookline observed at 9+ C. All drawers in this unit similar. This was an observation from previous inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Plan for fix replacement. As interim measure make sure all inserts are supplemented with ice at levels and frequencies that will keep the food below 4C at all times. Shuffling cooler useage with other coolers may help reduce the burden of temperature control as discussed. Review at follow up inspection date noted.

Glasswasher in bar and back ok. 12.5 ppm iodine.
Dishwasher ok. 75 C at plate.
Ice machine very clean.
Minimal signs of mouse activity noted.
Sanitizer spray bottles all filled with Sink and surface and measured at acceptable levels.

Most coolers and freezers within operational ranges.
**Seafood cooler is not able to maintain proper operating temperature. Noted from previous inspection as well.

NOTES:
*No paper towels and liquid soap dispenser basically empty at bar. Must be available for proper handwashing.
**Make sure all food containers in walk-in cooler are not stored directly on floor, including the short side.
