Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SMIA-CJPUU4 dated September 28, 2022 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). The previous outstanding contraventions were assessed for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated November 7, 2022 there were four children, one staff and the Manager present. Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. Licensing found all the contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection # SMIA-CJPUU4 were addressed.
The inspection report was written on -site and details were reviewed with the Manager prior to writing the report.
