- Cooler was 4 C - freezers were - 14 C or colder - Hand sink had liquid soap,paper towel, hot and cold - Chlorine beach is on site for ware washing, 3 compartment sink method has been reviewed. - Spray bottle had 200 ppm chlorine - General sanitation is good, a little attention is needed to joints of the pie press. - Operator is FOODSAFE certified - No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
