Comments

Refrigerator had an ambient temperature of 4 C Freezer was at -18 C. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach spray bottle had 100 ppm chlorine. Domestic dishwasher is in use. Bleach is used during the final rinse cycle. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
