Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All categories of care were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated February 23, 2022 there were 0 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection the above noted contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
· When refrigerator is on, it is to be maintained between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius
· Recording the times the children arrive at the facility after school pickups
· Requirements in the legislation for children’s files
