Observation: Front handsink faucet is still not operational. Operator had to struggle to turn water on and then could not turn off at faucet. Water had to be turned off from underneath.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace immediately. This was noted on past inspections and still has not been repaired properly. This is to be addressed by Nov. 12

Front of ice machine and shelves in back area have debris on them.
