Dry products blended in containers, blended, sifted then packaged. Stainless steel work table available for use.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for use. 2 and 3 compartment sink onsite but yet to be installed. Reminder: wash, rinse, sanitize in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes, then air dry, all bowls, totes, containers, spatulas, mixers, etc.
Bleach sanitizer to be prepared and available for use in labeled spray bottle when in operation. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces.
