Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Aug 3, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B3A9RV). The following observations were made:

Significant improvements made to sanitation of restaurant:
- Areas behind dough mixer, edges of flooring, shelving, and flooring have been cleaned. Flooring has been power washed since last inspection
- Grease deposits removed from ventilation area in front of kitchen
- Frozen pooling liquid in walk-in freezer has been removed
- Handwashing sinks are clear and adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Employees observed using handsinks for handwashing

The following still requires your attention:

- Pest activity still present: although sticky traps have been replaced, new cockroaches observed in bar area (see violation code 304 above). Consult with professional pest control company tomorrow on further control measures as indicated on routine inspection
- Facility still under standing correction order to have an adequately stocked and unobstructed designated handsink available for use in the kitchen area

A further follow-up inspection will be conducted to check for sanitation levels at the restaurant, effectiveness of integrated pest management program, and condition of handwash staitons. Violation ticket from routine inspection to be issued at a later date.
