- Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions taken: > 2 door cooler (under panini press counter) has been repaired/serviced. Temperature of unit was 4C. Thermometer present in unit for temperature monitoring. Ensure temperatures of cold holding unit are monitored and that corrective action is taken if temperature is not at or below required temperature. > Cleaning has been completed in areas where mouse droppings were noted. Continue to monitor for any further rodent activity. If any additional droppings are noted, clean up promptly and sanitize surface. Ensure high level of sanitation is maintained. Continue with regular pest control service and follow recommendations of pest control technician.
