NOTE: Manager checked some products used for special orders in the computer from GFS (key lime pie and apple tarts) that exceeded the 5% trans fat requirement. Do not serve any products that do not comply with the Public Health Impediments Regulation. The mandated requirements under the Public Health Impediments Regulation were reviewed with the Managers at the time of inspection. |
