This inspection done by an EHO student.

GENERAL COMMENTS
*All handwash stations (both front of house and washroom) stocked with paper towel, liquid soap, hot and cold running.
*The following temperatures were measured:
-Undercounter cooler at the front house 4.0 deg. C
-Prep cooler on the right for vegetables 2.0 deg. C
-Prep cooler on the left for animal protein products 2.0 deg. C
chicken in unit measure 8.2 deg. C as per probe thermometer.
NOTE: Ensure prep cooler is closed with lid during less busy times. Have food items in prep cooling unit mixed often to ensure even distribution of temperature at the food level.
-Walk-in cooler 3.0 deg. C
-Walk in freezer -22 deg. C
-Hot holding for meatball sauce 61.0 deg. C
-Hot holding for chicken dumpling soup 60.0 deg. C

*3 compartment sink available and in use for dishwashing.
Kitchen staff able to explain manual warewashing process.
*200ppm QUATs sanitizer solution noted at dispenser and sanitizing bucket.
*Food handling practices adequate. Foodsafe level 1 certified kitchen staff onsite with certificate expiry date May 22, 2023.
*Food storage practice is good. Food items were stored in boxes and off the floor.
*No signs of pest noted at the time of visit
*General sanitation is satisfactory
*Health permit is posted in a conspicuous location.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL
-Covid-19 safety plan is available on-site
-Self service pop dispenser noted with alcohol based hand sanitizer and signage next to it.
-plexiglass shied noted at customer pay point.
-Social distance floor markings noted in premise
-High touch surfaces are disinfected hourly using peroxide multi surface disinfectant
-Only two dine-in spots are available to customers.
