Observation: The scoops for bulk bins are being sanitized at home. There is build up of food debris on scoops. There is no three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing of the scoops and bulk bins inside the store. Washing and sanitizing of the scoops at home is unacceptable.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the scoops and food items in the bulk bins. You are only approved to be selling prepackaged food items that do not involve food handling.

- General sanitation is good.
- All hand sinks stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels
- All coolers (upright display) < or = 4C
- All freezers (chest) < or = -18C
- Temperatures are monitored manually by staff.
- Temperature log is maintained and kept up to date.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Bulk food items are dispensed using scoops stored outside the dispenser. The scoop handles are not touching the food items.
- Random food items (i.e. prepackaged spices, dairy products, canned food items) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions.
Note: The walk in cooler was not turned on at the time of the inspection. No perishable food items were stored inside.
