General sanitation satisfactory. Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towels. 2-compartment sink available for staff cutting fruits and vegetables. Staff use a mild bleach solution to sanitize food contact surfaces A mild chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Coolers (walk-in display, produce walk-in, large produce walk-in, produce display units) noted at 4C or below. Standing display freezer noted at -18C or below. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
