Routine inspection conducted
7 serving kitchens located in each of the 6 cottages and 1 day program room in the building.

Each "cottage" kitchen is equipped with a high temperature dishwasher, 1 or 2 upright cooler/freezer unit, and a 2 compartment sink. Limited food preparation at each of these kitchens; food is primarily prepared from the main kitchen and brought to each cottage to be served/dispensed.

Sunflower:
Fridge/Freezer: 2°C / -12.6°C
Dishwasher: 73.1°C
Sanitizer: Oasis 146 (QUATS), measured 200ppm at inspection
Notes: High temperature dishwasher rinse gauge reads "E"; unit still reaching appropriate temperatures.

Lavender Way:
