Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CXEV9K of Nov-09-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: The inside of the ice machine has scum build-up around the piping system. This is a recurring issue. The ice machine must be cleaned regularly. Correction: Remove all the ice. Thoroughly clean/sanitize the inside of the ice bin.

On Follow-Up: The inside of the ice machine has been cleaned. SOME SCUM NOTED ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. CLEAN THIS UP TOO. ENSURE THAT ICE MACHINE IS CLEANED REGULARLY. Scissors for the wheatgrass is not being stored ontop of the grass bed. *report reviewed with staff, not signed*
