Observation: 1. Repeat: Long-standing debris, dust, and cardboard observed behind display refrigeration on sales floor.
2. Long-standing dust, and debris observed in back room area under shelving and by back door.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas noted above to ensure facility remains in sanitary condition and prevents the attraction of pests. Remove any material not being used in the operation of the premises to prevent harborage areas for pests.

- Refrigeration units holding 4 C or below
- Freezer units holding -18 C or colder
- No signs of pests

Improvements Needed:
- Check the best-before dates of food regularly. Milk and sour cream observed for sale past best-before-date.
- It is recommended to keep a written record of daily health checks and keep for 30 days.
- To prevent the entrance of pests, the front door should be closed at all times.
