Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. Hand washing station at back 2-compartment sink in kitchen is not supplied with a liquid soap dispenser. Liquid soap is available in a large bulk container but is not easy to dispense. Staff placed liquid soap in a dispenser during inspection.

2. Hand washing station at front service area is not supplied with liquid soap. Staff placed liquid soap at the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and at adequate frequency to prevent contamination of food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large sack of potatoes observed stored directly on the floor in the dry storage area. Staff placed the potatos on a shelf during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any food or food containers directly on the floor. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor at all times to prevent potential contamination.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Pipe below the 2-compartment sink used for hand washing in the kitchen observed leaking water. Staff stated they are aware of the leak and it is scheduled for repair this week.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the leaking faucet to ensure water is no longer leaking directly on the floor and to ensure the faucet is in good working order to properly wash hands. In the meantime, use a container to catch any leaking water. Clean up all leaks immediately to ensure the premise is maintained in sanitary condition.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff's cellphone observed stored directly on top of clean containers. Containers were cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Staff was educated to ensure all phones and personal items are stored in a seperate area from food preparation areas.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store personal items such as cellphones in the food preparation area or work surfaces. Maintain the food preparation areas in a sanitary condition and store all personal belongings in a desginated area.

*NOTE: low-temperature chemical dishwasher has been replaced as stated by staff. Dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine residual with test strip.
- Hand washing station in washroom is adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Ventilation canopy in okay sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site. Staff arrived at the end of the inspection.
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location

**Reminders:
- Maintain a temperature log for all coolers and freezers
- At least one person MUST have FOODSAFE Level 1 training or equivalent at all times
