Routine inspection. Temporary event application was provided to EHO for Diwali. Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Coolers at 4c or below. Temperature gauges are in operation. Bleach water sanitizer available. No issues noted during this inspection. Temporary food set up: A tent has been set up outside for jalebis. Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration. Temporary set up has been completed as per approved application. The following requires operators attention: 1. Ensure one person is attending all customers in front sweet display area. 2. Employees onsite have registered in the Foodsafe refresher course. Ensure to provide a copy of new foodsafe certification to EHO once completed. 3. Ensure to post temporary food permit in tent.
