Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers were 4C or colder; freezer was -25C; thermometers present; and temperatures checked daily. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets or racks. - General sanitation level has improved. Ensure the floor pallets are removed twice a month to clean the floor underneath, and change pallets with new ones to remove any residual scents. - Mice dropping observed in the premises. There are less amounts compared to the previous inspection. Orkin pest control comes bi-weekly to treat for rodents with catch-all-trap, snap traps, and glueboards. Reviewed pest reports, all in order. Operator is following recommendations made by the pest technician. - All surfaces are in good working order. - Mop up all pooling water to prevent flies from breeding and to eliminate a source of drinking water for mice. Prevent water from pooling, fix any leaks and empty containers of water every night. - The wall separating the neighboring business (T-Brothers) was removed, however no Manna foods are being stored in T-Brothers facility (and vise versa). - All violations from the previous inspection have been corrected and/or improved upon.
