-Facility offers wine making services. Bottles are filled by the customer.
-Wine bottles are disinfected in a bottle washer. Iodine disinfectant tested at 12.5ppm (minimum 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Carboys are disinfected in the bottle washer with sani-brew - 100ppm chlorine disinfectant.
-Sani-brew spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Wine bottle corking station handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Shelving units smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-A few rodent droppings found in the loading bay room. Disinfect areas affected with droppings with a 1:10 bleach sanitizing solution. Have your professional pest control operator inspect the loading bay room for potential pest entry.
