Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Facility has undergone renovations and was not in operation at the time of inspection. - Renovations were found as per the approved floor plan except the coffee machines/equipment have been rearranged in the front service area. - All contact surfaces were made of smooth, impervious and easy to clean material. - Adequate lighting and ventilation provided. - All handwash station (x2 at front and x1 in back area) had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink will be used for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs available and 200ppm QUATS recorded at dispenser. - 200ppm QUATS sanitizer noted in sanitizer pail. - All coolers were recorded at or below 4C. - Walk in cooler at 3C. - Walk in freezer at -17C. - Adequate shelving units available for storage. - Hot holding units were not in operation. - No food was stored onsite at the time of inspection.
