A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -17C; thermometers present and temperatures recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 72C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer. Temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles was 200ppm.
- Prepackaged sandwiches, and pepperoni sticks supplied by "Arctic Meats & Sausages". These are placed in the self-serve cooler for customers to purchase.
- No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- All foods are stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or in cupboards.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Indoor seating has increased from 25 to 50 customers, and a maximum of 69 persons in the whole facility (as per Fire Code).
