Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle contained no sanitizer (chlorine, QUATS, or Iodine). Operator made a fresh solution of chlorine santizer during inspection

Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate surface - Test strips available
- White freezer was -18C or lower
- Both glass display coolers in the back were 4C or lower
- Single display cooler not in service - used as a storage of non-potentially hazardous foods
- Preparation line cooler was 4C or lower for both the cooler and the inserts
- All hot holding inserts were 60C or higher
- No evidence of pest activity seen during inspection
