Routine inspection conducted:

- Maketable at 3 to 4 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Walk-in cooler at 2 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -22 degrees C
- Under counter freezer at -21 degrees C
- Food is stored off the floor. Prepared food items are covered and labeled.
- Probe thermometers available on site for internal temperature checks.
- Quaternary ammonium compound (quats) sanitizer is available in labeled buckets with wiping cloths and from dispenser at 200 ppm. Test strips on site.
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 degrees C and 50 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at the utensil surface.
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff member was observed to be properly washing hands immediately after handling garbage can.
- Staff washroom maintained in clean condition
- Staff wear clean clothing and hair is restrained (hair nets in use)
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate produced for verification is within expiry (expires 2021).
- Daily temperature and sanitation logs are maintained
