At the inspection dated May 16, 2019 there were 20 children and 6 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

During today's inspection, rooms 1 and 2 were not observed as they were in use by the church. The gym was not in use by the facility, but a walk through was conducted and no hazards were observed. Plans are in place for both of these that include a check for hazards and set up before the children are in care. While the school age program was not in session during the time of this inspection, children's records and the plan for drop off/pick up from school was reviewed with the manager
