Observation: No hot water at the kitchen handwashing sink which is near the 3-compartment sink.
It was no paper towel at the front handwashing sink at the time of inspection. (Corrected at the time of inspection).
Corrective Action(s): Hot water must be available all the time for the proper hand washing.
Provide paper towel for the front handwashing sink.

Observation: Two trays with prepared sweets stored/cooled on a top of big pot near the mop/heating tank.
Multiple food items are not covered in prep. coolers & walk-in cooler.

Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Food must be stored/cooled properly and in a sanitary manner. Relocate trays with food on a prep. counter.

Observation: The back door is open at the time of inspection.,
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Close the back door. A screen door is required for back door if it is to be left open.

Observation: Food debris and grease on the floor near a wall and cooking line.
Grease builds up on a ventilation hood.
Mice droppings found in a front cabinet & back dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floor from food debris and grease.
Clean the ventilation hood from grease (if 6 month are not enough change a schedule for cleaning).
Lean mice droppings and sanitize all equipment.

Hand sinks near the dishwasher & washrooms supplied with cold/hot running water; liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm of Chlorine sanitizer.
Dry storage area - most dry food items stored inside plastic bins with lids.
Surface sanitizer (the kitchen and front) - available.
