Paper based inspection Report #254882: *Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. *Prep li ne cooler and walk-in cooler registered at or below 4 deg C. *Walk-in freezer @ -18 deg C. *3-comp sink replaced with commercial dishwasher and 2 comp-sink. *Bleach used - none at time of visit. Closed on Tuesday (at time of inspection). *General sanitation in satisfactory condition. *Discussed Food Safety Plan and temp event. (Provided example of FSP and cooking log). FSP to be submitted by Oct. 30, 2021. Note: Floorplan still to be submitted for approval (for the extension)/ back area.
