Comments

General comments: Permit is posted in a conspicuous location. Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 are present. Handwash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and running hot/cold water. 3 compartment sink is being used appropriately and chlorine sanitizer achieves 100ppm. Walk-in cooler and prep coolers are at 4C. Walk-in freezer and trunk freezer are at -18C. No signs of pest activity. Note: fume hood in the back above chicken fryer is due for cleaning on Nov. 2, 2021.
