Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Beef sausages in single door prep cooler at 10 degrees C. Whipped cream cannisters were being stored display cooler which was at 9-10 degrees C ambient temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Sausages discarded. Whipped cream cannisters moved to working double door prep cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee pot/urn in handwash compartment in double sink at front area. Do not place any items in this handwash sink, it must be kept unobstructed at all times. Also, obtain liquid pump hand soap instead of using detergent to clean hands.
Corrective Action(s): Remove coffee pot. Obtain liquid pump hand soap.

Observation: Single door prep cooler had ambient air temperature of 10-11 degrees C. Glass display cooler in front had ambient air temperature of 9-10 degrees C. All potentially hazardous foods in these coolers were either discarded or removed, depending on when they were placed in there. (longer than 2 hours= discarded)
Corrective Action(s): Repair both of these coolers so that they can maintain temperature of <4 degrees C at all times.
